I am just a semi-fan of spicy food. I like it on certain days that I have cravings but I don't really like my food extra spicy. In my opinion, it's nice that in a way it excites my tastebuds but I don't like the aftertaste and sometimes I feel that it numbs my mouth. Or maybe that's just all psychological. Haha!
Anyway, one Friday lunchtime, which is supposedly lunch-out day for most of us, we chose to fill our tummies with Indian Cuisine. So off to New Bombay we went which is conveniently just across the street from our office building.
Food:
Chicken Kheema (Keema) Hyderabadi - Minced Chicken Meat, Spinach, Green Curry.
Butter Tandoori Naan - Indian flat bread made from wheat and baked in a tandoor (clay oven)
The chicken dish was too spicy for me because we ordered it 'Medium' hot style. You'll be asked whether you like it Spicy, Medium or Mild. We should have said 'mild'. Oh well, until our next spicy lunch date. :)
CARPE DIEM!
I'm out.

Even I can't stand much spicy food but I'm fine with having it once or twice. I guess my tastebuds need this once in a while charge-up!!
