Diet (na naman!)

I love weddings! I love the feel of it, the planning, the anticipation and everything else connected to it. If there's one thing I kinda dread about it... it's the taking of measurements for the gowns. Haha! Yes, I am a bridesmaid again. This time around it's for one of my closest friends, Aimee! She went home last week and we were scheduled to have our measurements taken. Oh.The.Horror!!! We met up with the designer, Miss Gretchen Pichay. Here's a pic with her... We were asked about what designs we wanted. We were negotiating sleeves for our gowns... hehe. She told us it would look really nice if we all didn't have sleeves. Pero pero pero pano ang arms na malalaki?!?! Yes, that was our dilemma. Haha! So when all was said and drawings were done, we all agreed that since this was our first meeting and initial measurements were made, we'll see as we progress with the fitting if we do lose enough weight to be confident with going sleeveless. And thus, the die...

CONGRATS JULIE And DRE!

Over the weekend I got to attend my highschool barkada's wedding. It was sweet, touching and a really joyous one. We did cry when we saw Julie march to the altar.... Grabe, we're really getting old already? :P I really liked the church as well.. Looks good in pictures. The little star of the event was our little Joey of course.. Cute and pretty as always, syempre mana sa mga tita! ;D Another one down... who's next girls? CARPE DIEM! I'm out.

My Popper Boy

Over the weekend we attended a close friend's wedding, and of course it was a very solemn and nice ceremony. As we exited the church, Arvic was asked to be part of the 'popping' team or whatever that's called. One of the things I love about Arvic is how playful he is. Just look at how excited he was as he waited for the go-signal to twist the party poppers. And then... Yay! :) CARPE DIEM! I'm out.

My Sister's Wedding

It was THE day she has been waiting for. :) After all the chaotic planning, stressful decision-making, and tearful speeches.. Finally, they're husband and wife. 11 years of togetherness, one wonderful son, and a lifetime of dreams to fulfill ahead. Most of the pics were copied from here ! Thanks! Highlights of the day: -My Papa's heartfelt speech, I actually cried. :P -My Ate saying "Whenever we attended weddings, ayaw namen pag boring, so we really wanted this event not to be boring", so that explains why there were many games. The guests were 'game' as well. :P -The food was prepared by the groom himself (and his chef friends), they were delish! I remember hearing several guests asking who the caterer was. Naaaaaks! *Kudos* to the Chef! -Andy (my nephew) covering his ears when the band (together with his dad, yes.. he also was part of a band before ) started playing then he shouted " Ang ingay, hungry na akoooo!" It was a fun fun fun day. Definite...
