Cza-volver (As Arvic fondly calls it)

Yes, I have a new gun. It's a revolver. Papa decided i need to have my own gun since our house in QC has been targeted more than once by "akyat bahay" gangs lately. Damn them.

Anyway, here's the gun.

The paperwork and permits are being processed already.

So this past Holy Week break, I've been target shooting and practicing using the new gun in our shooting range in N. Ecija. Here's my brother refilling bullets on his own gun »»»

Here's Arvic waiting for his turn and in action »»»

Here's Papa, the veteran shooter »»»

I still am not a fan of guns. The thougt of pointing a gun on another person scares me A LOT. But i guess the world is a scarier place now. People DO harm other people. But blah, here's to praying I won't need to use it EVER on another person. Be gone magnanakaws, god bless you.

Carpe Diem!
I'm out.

Chuper Excited!

2 weeks to go.. then I'll be painting HongKong and Macau red with my Sanity Keepers... Any suggestions on where to go to? Beside from the usual night market, HK Disneyland and Ocean Park. Any cheap foodtrip areas? Plus, it's Arvic's first time in HongKong too. So I'm extra excited for him too. Let the countdown begin!I am sooooo excited already! :) My bday's coming up in more or less 2 weeks also. Yey! Turning 25 and excited about it! :D Planning to spend the weekend before my actual bday with the whole family somewhere. Let's see... :) ======= Yesterday, had a massage at TonTon's again. I loved it! Just what I needed. I love that place.. Not too crowded. And not too expensive too! :) ======= Work starts again tomorrow. Oh well.... positive side? At least I'll have enough moolah to enjoy HongKong. Thank you work! :P CARPE DIEM! I'm out.

Commitmentphobe No More

Look... check out who finally commits. :) I've read about this in my friend's blog sometime last week. (Hi Carla ! Thanks for sharing). My initial reaction... "WHY VERONICA?!?" I was such a Betty fan. Oh well... So I've read more about the article just this morning and here's part of it.. “People who vote for Veronica-Archie are the idealists, the people who say, ‘I'm voting for the glitz, the glamour, the high energy, the sexiness, the ideal [and] they might not even care so much that it'll only last five years,'” says the Toronto-based registered family, marriage and sex therapist. Those who yearn to see Archie and Betty get hitched take a more realistic, traditional view, she says. They're more grounded, are thinking long term and have more of a sense of “for always and forever.” The way the girlfriends each relate to Archie sheds a lot of light on their character. Betty allows Archie to push her aside, a sign she'd make a submissive...

My Shopping Haven

Yesterday after months of actually trying my best not to buy anything, I finally gave in. I felt I deserve a little bit of shopping. So I bought myself a toner and conditioner at Lush and several accessories around Greenbelt too. I must say, I really did miss the rush that shopping brings. Plus I have yet to find the dress I'll be wearing at my Ate's wedding. This made me reminisce back on the last time I actually did some decent shopping. And it was in HongKong! :D If budget and geography weren't an issue. I would be raiding this place like crazy every week. Oh wait.. make that everyday, as long as they have new stuff. :) So I've heard that SM (Yes, that's Mr. Henry Sy) will be the one to bring H&M here. Is this true? Hmmmm.. well, as long as the clothes won't be THAT expensive then I guess I'm okay with it. But there's something about it being readily accessible that lessens the excitement of shopping. Oh well, let's wait and see. :) CARPE DIE...
