Alone.. Not alone!

If there's one thing I'm thankful for when Arvic finally found me (or when I finally found him :P) is that now I get to share all my craziness with another person. It's not that it wasn't fun being single and all, it has its perks too. But having someone to share random dreams, wants, weirdness and plans with doubles the fun ;D

Sudden rush of mushiness ha? Excuse the cheesiness of this post but it's because I just attended a cousin's wedding over the weekend.

Here are some pics. Wedding was at Tagaytay. Church was Our Lady of Lourdes I think. Then reception followed at Hotel Kimberly. :) Love love love!

Ba-Bye Ate

Today was quite a sad day for our family. For a very close-knit family, goodbyes are really extra difficult to say . Especially if the one leaving will be miles and seas away. My Ate (with her husband) left this morning for the US. They'll be starting their new life there. She already has work so I don't need to worry about that anyway, and I'm sure that she'll definitely do well. My parents were really sad... maybe it's the thought of being "away" from her. Tipong you have to hop on a plane pa just to be able to get to her. The whole family has US visa naman , we can go there anytime (as long as we have the money I guess :p) Yes, I cried a lot as well... and I guess it's because of all the bilins I got from her. The one that stuck the most " Ikaw na bahala dito ha.. Alagaan mo sila Mama and Papa. Si Ivan ha... Wag mo silang pabayaan. Makansutra Gluttons Bay at Singapore

First foodtrip stop was at... It was my first time in Singapore and I was told that I shouldn't miss having dinner at this place. I was really excited to try the food. The Fooooooooooood! Satay, something omelette (crab ata) , spicy greens The meat was tasty, I love the peanut sauce, I'm soooo happy I'm not allergic to peanuts. LOL! The omelette sauce and the veggies were all spicy. :) Yang Chow Fried Rice Spicy Baby Squid This was one of my favorite dish in SG. :) And of course, the must try daw... Stingray! It tasted like fish to me. :) Food price : Affordable, I think a dish is just around $4-10SGD Location : You exit from City Hall station and walk all the way to Esplanade Mall -> Makansutra Gluttons Bay Pte. What a Creepy Idea

While we were on our way to the Esplanade, we passed by one long hallway that had several 'artwork' on them. From afar we thought they were paintings, but as we went closer, we saw that they were actually pictures. I asked my friend Aimee if she had any idea who they were, then as we walked some more and saw more pictures, we then realized that they were pictures of.... People sentenced with 'Death by Lethal Injection' and their Last Meals.... =\ There was even one picture that says that the man refused his last meal and requested for a piece of paper and wrote "I want Justice" instead. How eerie is that?!.... I wonder why they had such an idea... I'm out.
