I'm back.



After spending more than 3 weeks in the US, I'm finally back. It was a really fun and steady vacation. Spent most of the time there playing games and talking with my nephew and taking care of my new niece (she's sooooo adorable!!!! I love her to death!!!!). Look!!!




This vacation made me realize that I can go anywhere in the world as long as I'm with my family. This vacation made us closer and made us all realize that we should take advantage of the chance to go on trips together and spending holidays together. We won't be able to do it this year. Because Ate and her family will obviously be in the US and we'll be here. IF we do go there, Ivan won't be able to join us since he'll be busy with his Medical/Hospital internship.

There's just 1 reason why I still was excited to go home to Pinas. Arvic. I love that he's been missing me like crazy when I was gone. And that he never failed to say that he misses me. He never missed saying it, not even a single day. So when I got home I got the tightest hugs and the the sweetest kisses. .Yup, Pinas is still my home. :)

Ba-Bye Ate

Today was quite a sad day for our family. For a very close-knit family, goodbyes are really extra difficult to say . Especially if the one leaving will be miles and seas away. My Ate (with her husband) left this morning for the US. They'll be starting their new life there. She already has work so I don't need to worry about that anyway, and I'm sure that she'll definitely do well. My parents were really sad... maybe it's the thought of being "away" from her. Tipong you have to hop on a plane pa just to be able to get to her. Look... check out who finally commits. :) I've read about this in my friend's blog sometime last week. (Hi Carla ! Thanks for sharing). My initial reaction... "WHY VERONICA?!?" Makansutra Gluttons Bay at Singapore

First foodtrip stop was at... It was my first time in Singapore and I was told that I shouldn't miss having dinner at this place. I was really excited to try the food. The Fooooooooooood! Satay, something omelette (crab ata) , spicy greens The meat was tasty, I love the peanut sauce, I'm soooo happy I'm not allergic to peanuts. LOL! The omelette sauce and the veggies were all spicy. :) Yang Chow Fried Rice Spicy Baby Squid This was one of my favorite dish in SG. :) And of course, the must try daw... Stingray!
