Undas 2010

This year's Undas was different from the number of Undas we experienced in the past. There were less people in the cemetery, less traffic on our way home to the province, and less children making candle balls. Oh how we've grown and changed.

We went there pretty early to avoid the afternoon heat. Placed the flowers we brought, lit candles and prayed.


We went back in the late afternoon and waited for the bishop to bless our departed loved ones.







Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord; and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.
 I'm out.

Really, not a lot of people? Hmm, isa ako dun sa mga hindi na nakapunta. I feel really guilty. I mean kahit super busy ako, can't me and the family take time to visit the clan's grandparents.

As far as I remember, there's a lot of traffic during these days. Times have changed.

i missed visiting the cemetery this year for undas due to obvious reason.

It's not natural for me...

... to be away from family and friends and Arvic. I'm in SG now and I'll be here for 2 weeks for work. And just 2 days in, I can already conclude that this kind of setup is not for me (for now). It feels weird, different, interesting in a way, but sad. Weekend, please come already. I need to be around friends (from SG) to appreciate this (work)trip. What's good about this trip is that I get to cross-out one item in my bucket list.. "Travel alone". Yay for me! 2010, you're starting great. :) CARPE DIEM! I'm out.
