Where are you now? :) Me? I'm in Bontoc, Mt. Province. Going back to my Igorot roots and spending my Holy Week with the clan. It has been great! I have... ...convinced Arvic to spend the Holy Week with my family. ...rode a Deluxe Victory Liner bus. ...took the Manila-Baguio-Bontoc route for the very first time. We have been passing by Banaue for the past years. ...spent almost the whole day in Mainit - where pools where filled with hotspring water from a very nearby "volcano" ...went spelunking in the Sagada caves ...ate at the famous "Yohgurt Place" in Sagada and bought some Lemon Pie too! Wow! I did so many things already in just a span of 3 days. I shall post pics and give you more details maybe over the weekend. In a little while, we'll be joining the Good Friday procession. :) How is/was your Holy Week? CARPE DIEM! I'm out.

I never really was a fan of uncooked foods. So whenever we go to Japanese resto's I always end up ordering the Tempura, Tonkatsu or Ramens. =P But then how can you resist this.. One of the thickest Salmon Sashimi ever... Yum! California Maki (one of Arvic's favorite) Dynamite Roll, really delish.. The flavors just literally 'bursts' in your mouth. Yummy! So we bought our tickets to Baguio in advance last night. The bus station was jam-packed! A lot of people are taking advantage of the long weekend. :) I'm not really a big fan of long bus rides. I always end up really dizzy and close to throwing up, but I have to admit that I'm pretty excited to try out the Deluxe bus of Victory Liner. Fare costs P700.00. The Deluxe bus comfortably sits only 29 passengers and has a comfort room. One column has 2 seats per row and the other one only has 1. So I guess it's really more spacious than regular buses. The seats are wider and more comfortable too because it has extra cushions.. Oh and a leg rest too. They say that it also has a waiting lounge exclusively for deluxe passengers, I will definitely be taking pics of that one if ever we do get to stay there for a while. Okay... this is the first time ever that I'm actually excited to ride a bus. Hahaha! Let's see if I do like it. :) ====== Friday afternoon was starting to be bo...

photo is from here. Thanks! The next two weeks will be pretty much a looooong vacation for me. :) Holy week will be spent in Mt. Province/Sagada then Baguio with the family. Then my summer officially begins the week after at Bora with friends. Loving it! :) I just know that I'll be broke after summer. Oh well... Oh.. another thing. It's my Dear's birthday this weekend. We (Arvic and me) have given up our comfort food (DQ Blizzard) since Lent started as a form of sacrifice. And I am proud to say that we haven't eaten once eversince. So you can just imagine my excitement when we tried out Fro-yo in GB5's Hobbes and Landes. :) It costs P80.00 for the Enjoy size (Plain Medium), add P40.00 for 3 Top-Ins. :) They had a variety of top-ins, from fruits to chocolate chips, brownies and cereals. We ordered two Enjoy size.. topped one with sweets (white chocolate, oreo, almonds) and the other one with fruits (peach, strawberry and kiwi).
